Appointments
Your scheduled appointment time has been reserved specifically for you. We require at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Failure to provide the appropriate notice will result in a $40.00 broken appointment fee. We attempt to reach all patients as a courtesy to inform appointments, but it is ultimately your responsibility to remember the appointment reserved for you. Of course, we are aware that unforeseen circumstances do arise, so please contact our office to discuss your personal situation.
